Classes:

Our 1 hour classes are designed to maximize every single one of your 60 minutes . A 10 minute dynamic warm-up followed by 20 min. of strength training followed by 25 min. boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai. Ending with a 5 min. stretch! After class enjoy our FAR INFRARED SAUNA or RED LIGHT recovery!!
